Fix it from here: an action on every Runtimes row

Every Node.js, PHP and Go copy and certificate bundle in Package Watch › Runtimes that needs a security update has an action: Fix…, Move to a supported line, or Remove… once the projects that still pin that version are listed, with their pins moved to the new line only when you tick them. Fix All, for the whole tab or one incident, runs them in order and stops at the first failure. Java's eMudhra certificates are removed by iKnowMyMac with a copy kept for Undo, or through the standard macOS administrator prompt for a JDK in /Library/Java. nvm and Laravel Herd run in Terminal, here in a shell that loads only nvm's own script, or from a copy. Every command is shown before it runs, nothing runs without a press, and nothing new is sent.
